Applications are accepted at any time, or in response to a job announcement. For consideration, applications must include a copy of your actual birth certificate (issued by the State Department of Vital Statistics), valid driver’s license, and high school diploma or GED.   • Fire recruits must be 18 years of age by the application deadline date
  • Police recruits must be 21 years of age by the application deadline date
